Russia: Félix Tshisekedi awarded an honorary doctorate by Patrice Lumumba University

The President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, was honoured on Friday 30 October 2026 by Patrice Lumumba University in Russia, which awarded him the title of Doctor Honoris Causa.

The distinction was presented at an academic ceremony attended by representatives of the university. It was one of the highlights of his stay in the Russian Federation.
